Shipping & Delivery

All MZ and Medispa products are handled with care.
The delivery time for Australian destinations is between 3-12 working days depending on where the destination is and the requirements involved. Please note, our courier system shipping periods are between Monday – Friday. Orders received over the weekends will generally be dispatched on a Monday.

Return Policy

• Products and vouchers are non-refundable. If products are deemed faulty or damaged, you are able to return within 30 days of purchase. If you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• Original proof of purchase is required as well as photos of products if deemed faulty or damaged.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their return shipment to our practice before a refund or exchange can be processed. We do not cover the costs of returns.
• We are not responsible for lost items, as well as theft or damaged goods during transit via Sendle, Australia Post or any other service provider.
• If your order contained a gift with purchase, or sample, all products composing the gift with purchase must be returned along with the items you wish to return.
• Refunds cannot be granted due to a ‘change of mind’. Please ensure accurate shipping details are entered; incorrect entry of shipping address cannot be adjusted once an order is processed.
