Damien has worked in the cosmetic/plastic surgery industry for 25 years, and has been fortunate enough to work for some of Sydney’s prominent surgeons.
Following graduating from her Bachelor of Nursing, Damien embarked on further post-graduate study completing a Master of Nursing as an endorsed prescribing nurse practitioner in 2017.
Damien has a holistic approach to facial assessment, and enjoys working with her patients to develop an individually tailored treatment plan. Damien prides herself on evidence-based best practice (local and international), and attends conferences regularly to stay up to date. This enables her to offer to her patients the latest techniques in facial rejuvenation. Damien believes that building rapport and gaining trust is of the upmost importance. Damien is passionate about achieving natural looking results with the best products available.
